A recorded breath awareness and journaling inquiry to reflect on the past month with the purpose to help you recognize the big and small things in your life that you can be proud of. It’s easy to overlook the changes and achievements in your life when on a journey of transformation focusing too much on the goal. This practice is an opportunity to pause and celebrate the journey and how far you’ve come already.
Instruction: Set aside 15 minutes for this practice. You will need a journal or piece of paper, and a pen. Then get comfortable in a quiet and private space. If you wish, light a candle before you begin.
